Our ‘Core Mission’ is to bring Love, Hope and Joy wrapped in a warm Santa hug to children and their families in grief and bereavement, to children with a chronic pediatric illnesses, or children suffering from PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder).

Santa is available to visit children and families in distress where ever he is needed, in hospice, hospital or at home 365 days a year.

Organization

Founded in 2003, Santa America is a national volunteer service organization. 

Spreading Love, Hope and Joy wherever he goes for everyone he meets, when Santa Claus is needed, he visits a child or family any month of the year.  

With Santas reaching across America to visit children and families facing physical, emotional, and situational crisis, Santa America is mission focused.

This Nation-Wide Training Event is open to all Christmas Performers, Members and Non-Members of Santa America
Subject Matter Experts

All guest speakers are experts in their fields, delivering subject centered presentations on medically and emotionally sensitive encounters, and situational preparation for Hospice and Bereavement, Autism Spectrum, and Post-Traumatic Stress encounters.

Biennial Learning & Training

Santa America Symposiums are focused Biennial Training and Learning events conducted in a relaxed social atmosphere, where subject matter experts present focused, current, and relevant topics supporting children and their families with special needs circumstances.

Where & When

The 2025 Santa America Symposium is being held from Thursday September 4th – Saturday September 6th at the Historic Savoy Hotel, 219 W 9th Kansas City, Missouri. 64015

The Savoy has set aside a block of rooms for Santa America at the discounted rate of $149.00 a night plus taxes and fees. 

Use the reservation code ‘SANTA9’ to take advantage of this special rate until 08/14/2025.  Availability is limited to 75 attendees.  This is a popular nationwide.  Reserve early!

IMPORTANT:  You must Reserve your Room!  Registering
for the Symposium does not reserve your room.

Registration & Fees

The cost of the Symposium is $350.00 per person, and the symposium fee covers handouts, meeting space, continental breakfast, lunch, break snacks and one evening dinner.
